Since joining this organization in 2018, Leslie has had the privilege of working across various facets of the theatre. Now, as the Director of People, Projects, and Culture, she is dedicated to working closely with the team to cultivate an inclusive and collaborative workplace environment. Leslie believes that fostering an inclusive and supportive culture is essential for creating exceptional art, art that SigPro is proud to share with its audiences.
