The Studio Theatre has a new name, a new home, and an expanded stage for storytelling.

Significant Productions proudly announces the reimagining of its beloved Studio Theatre as The SigPro Studio™, now located in the vibrant Lake Sumter Landing Market Square® at 1030 Old Mill Run, in The Villages, FL.

Over the past decade, audiences have leaned in closer to powerful storytelling in the intimate setting formerly known as The Studio Theatre™ Tierra del Sol. From award-winning plays and sold-out musicals to original premieres and artist development, the venue has become a creative cornerstone of Central Florida’s performing arts landscape. Now, the experience grows.

The SigPro Studio™ expands to accommodate 200+ patrons per performance while preserving the authenticity, artistry, and closeness audiences cherish. This reimagined Black Box theatre features flexible Thrust and Proscenium staging, allowing stories to unfold with immediacy and impact in new and dynamic ways.

Powered by Significant Productions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The SigPro Studio continues its mission to inspire Central Florida through innovative, thought-provoking storytelling.

The SigPro Studio is an extension of The Sharon Performing Arts Center®, located in The Spanish Springs Town Square® at the heart of The Villages® community. Affectionately known as The Sharon, this landmark venue welcomes just over 1,000 guests into a world-class, multi-level theater.
