Dr. Lauren Butterfield, MD is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist practicing in St. Petersburg Florida. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and psychiatry residency and fellowship at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Butterfield specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression in adolescents and young adults. As an actor and musician herself, Dr. Butterfield often incorporates the arts into her treatment and urges her patients to explore this within themselves as another modality to help manage their symptoms.
