Costume Designer

Since 2022 Melissa has been the Resident Costume Designer and Instructor of Theatre at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. With a BFA from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and an MFA from the University of Iowa her work as designer, artisan, and educator has spanned numerous genres and disciplines. Recent Credits include Ghost Music, Pride and Prejudice, The Moors, The Children’s Hour, The Tempest, Angels in America, Little Women (Transylvania University Theatre), The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, Footloose, A Grand Night For Singing (University of Kentucky) The Outsider (Keegan Theatre), Sherlock!
