Mona is thrilled to be making her debut with SIGPRO! She is a Korean-American, Iowa-grown, Yale dropout. For over 30 years, as a director, she raised a generation of artists who then inspired her to start her third act by jumping back into the industry. She began “knocking off bucket list items and doing things that used to terrify her”. Unsurprisingly, she has been having the time of her life. Mona spent most of 2025 focusing on film projects, but was last seen as Duncan/First Witch et al in Macbeth at Jobsite, as Mama Morton in Chicago and Bloody Mary in South Pacific at Suncoast Broadway Theatre.
